Our strawberry donuts are a favorite this time of year and are available daily! We also have apple cider donuts available daily, and a rotating selection of raspberry and blueberry. If you'd like to place an order, call the farm 24 hours in advance.

Homemade Strawberry Pie

One of our specialties! It's a pie with a graham cracker crust and a filling made with strawberry gelatin and LOTS of homegrown strawberries! This is a very high demand item, so if you're looking to pick one up, it's best to call the farm to check our supply.

Homemade Strawberry Jam

Homemade strawberry jam doesn't get any better than with fresh Skelly strawberries! This jam is good in the fridge for up to 3 weeks and good in the freezer for up to one year. Look for jars for sale in our freezer all summer!

Try a Skelly's strawberry shortcake sundae, made with a strawberry donut, Cedar Crest ice cream, and drizzled with homemade strawberry sundae topping. If you want to skip the donut, try our regular sundae with Cedar Crest ice cream and homemade strawberry sundae topping.

Strawberry Bubble Waffle Dessert

This was a huge hit when we debuted it in 2023, and we're coming back with it better than ever in 2024! This year we're making bubble waffle cones with our strawberry donut batter, and stuffing it with strawberry ice cream, whipped cream, and homemade strawberry topping.

Loaded Strawberry Float

A brand new item for 2024, we're mimicking what we did in the fall with our apple cider float and making it into a strawberry treat! This is a 16oz. float with vanilla or strawberry ice cream, Gray's strawberry soda, and topped with a strawberry donut. If you want to make it a chocolate covered strawberry, add some chocolate syrup to it!

We scoop 8 unique flavors of Cedar Crest ice cream daily! This ice cream is a staple in Wisconsin! Try it in a cone, dish, milkshake, or soda float! It pairs nicely with a locally made Gray's soda.

We brew hot coffee daily from Berres Brothers in Watertown, WI. We try to find some unique flavors for weekly menu changes, including sea salt caramel, amaretto, a breakfast blend, and more!

Our newest and most exciting offering of 2024 is Nordskov Cold Brew on tap! We are seriously tapping a keg of homemade cold brew. Try it mixed with their homemade syrups, made with all natural ingredients! They even made a flavor that will ONLY be sold here: strawberry lemon! We will also have cans of black cold brew and 8oz. jars of syrups for sale in our store to go.
