Welcome to Skelly's Farm Market! We're excited to have you on board with us this season! Before your training day, please make sure you have completed the following forms below. If you don't have access to a printer please let us know. Please print and turn these in on training day:

• W-4 Federal Tax Withholding

• WT-4 Wisconsin Tax Withholding

• I-9 Federal Employment Eligibility Verification. This must be filled out in Acrobat. If using Chrome to complete, use the printable version.

• Skelly's 2024 Handbook - read the handbook, then print, sign, and date only the last page and turn that in

• 2024 Parent Letter - have your parents read and sign this and return to us

• Direct Deposit Form - (optional) if you'd like your checks deposited electronically, fill this out. If you'd like to pick up a paper check every other week, do not fill this out.

Please make sure you remember to bring your driver's license AND social security card to training so we can complete the rest of your I-9 form. If you don't have a license, a school ID or passport is okay.

*STOP* Please do not complete the following videos before it is assigned to you!

The following videos will be assigned after your training day on an as-needed basis. Please do not invest time watching these trainings until it's assigned. We approach training where it's slowly rolled out over time so you won't get overwhelmed with your new job.

If you have been assigned a training, you have a few options to complete it:

• Train from home: Use your own device on your own time. After you submit your completed form, we will add hours to your timesheet for the time you spent completing this training.

• Train on-shift during available time: During slow periods at work, we may have you complete a training.

• Train at farm outside of normal shift: If you are not able to train from home or need a quieter place to train, you are always welcome to come to the farm to train during a time you are not scheduled. Just notify a manager that you are there for training and use the training tablet to complete it. If you feel you need us to schedule you for a specific time to ensure you complete it, please let us know.
