Skelly's Supports Schools Weekend
To help encourage families to spend more time together and to
benefit the many schools in the area, Skelly's Farm Market is
offering our second annual Skelly's Salutes Schools weekend
September 24-25, 2011. We will give participating schools 50% of
the corn maze admission from any students, families, staff, or
other supporters from their school. This is valued at $3 per
person who visits our corn maze from your group.
In order to participate your school principal or other
leader must return a simple one page
registration form. This will add your school to our
list of approved schools, and we will then send your school
vouchers that can either be copied and distributed individually
or included in another publication from your school such as a
parent newsletter. Members from your school will simply bring
the voucher with them to our farm on September 24 or 25. We will
keep track of all vouchers returned from your school and send
you a check after the weekend. You can learn more about our farm

Your school can use this fundraiser to benefit your school
however it chooses. Monies raised can go towards your general
purpose fund, be used to buy special supplies for your school,
be directed towards your Parent-Teacher-Student Association, or
be a fundraiser for a specific group or organization in your
school. We simply ask that the money will help to benefit and
enhance the students in your school.
We hope that your school can participate in our program. If
you would like to participate, please complete the short
enclosed form so we can get your school registered. Sign up
early and you can advertise this great fundraising opportunity
to your families during student registration before school

If you school is listed, be sure to get a coupon
voucher to bring with you to your visit on September 24 or 25.
Your school cannot receive credit if you do not bring it. If
your school is not listed, contact your principal or PTA to get
signed up today. There is no deadline for schools to register,
but the school will need time to distribute vouchers and
advertise. Try to register by September 1.
Steps to raise money

The school principal or other administrator
must fill out and sign the registration form well before the event occurs.

Once we receive your registration form, we
will send you vouchers that can either be printed and cut or
a graphic that can be incorporated in another publication
such as a back to school newsletter. Distribute these
vouchers to your school's supporters.

On September 24 and 25, anyone that has a
voucher brings it to Skelly's Farm Market and presents it
when purchasing maze tickets. The voucher can be used for
multiple visitors within the same group.

We will keep track of how many vouchers your
school returned during the weekend, and then we will send
your school a check valued at $3 for each ticket purchased.
