Corn Maze
Since 1998, Skelly's has hosted a corn maze each fall. Each year
our maze has a new theme and friendly scarecrows in the maze
help guide and tell a fun story. This is a great
activity for families. In 2008 we also added our Impossible
Maze. This maze is designed for older children and adults that
want the ultimate challenge. This maze is designed to get guests
as lost as possible. Each year our Impossible Maze will get harder
until we lose someone forever. Since your ticket is good for
both mazes, you get two times the fun for just one low price.
While you are here, try out our left turn only rope maze. This
is free and looks simple, but this can be a maddening challenge.
New for 2010: Get lost in our nighttime corn maze!
For the first time in our 13 years of corn mazes, we
will have our Impossible Maze open at night. If you thought
getting lost during the day was fun, it will be even better at
night. Get all the details on our nighttime maze page.
How does the maze work? Our Adventure Corn Maze
covers six acres, and our Impossible Maze covers nine. When you
enter the maze, you will receive a map of the maze just in case
you get lost. As you navigate the maze, you will try to find
various checkpoints. When you find a checkpoint you will also
find a paper punch to punch your map. If you find all the
checkpoints, you are entered to win a giant pumpkin!
The corn mazes usually open around Labor Day, but our main
pumpkin season does not begin until late September with lots of
other activities such as the wagon rides, pumpkin patch, pumpkin
slingshot, duck races, and more.
Also New for 2010: Maze Master Trivia! If you are bringing a
group to the maze, try out your own customized
maze trivia.
2010 Corn Maze Prices
What if I want to do both mazes? Your $6 wristband is good for both mazes
until 5 pm daily. You can try one maze or both. For $7.50, you can purchase both a maze
wristband and a wagon ride ticket. And remember, there are plenty of other free
activities on our farm such as the playground, trike track, left-turn only rope
maze, scarecrow decorating on weekends, and other special weekend activities.
Check out our various specials going on almost every weekend in
October.
